Where do you ship from?
Most of our products ship from trusted suppliers in China, but our swaddles are lovingly handmade in Melbourne, Australia.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, so please request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. After this window, changes aren’t possible, but you can return your order for a full refund once it arrives.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal payments.
When will my order be processed?
Most orders are shipped from our warehouse. Please allow a little extra time for processing during busy periods or sales events.
